Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting an Assistant Brand Manager with experience in consultancy for one of its clients.
The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for the following:-
- Closely monitor and analyze market share trends and competitive activity;
- Assist in the development and execution of various initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters
- Assist in the identification and development of business building ideas and work with other business
- Coordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, product planning, market research and advertising agencies)
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- Understanding of market research
- 2 – 3 years working experience
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Communication skills (written and oral)
- Multifunctional skill base (financial, operations as well as marketing);
- Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas
- High level of initiative and assertiveness
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
