ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER JOB KENYA

Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting an Assistant Brand Manager with experience in consultancy for one of its clients.
The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for the following:-

• Closely monitor and analyze market share trends and competitive activity;

• Assist in the development and execution of various initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters

• Assist in the identification and development of business building ideas and work with other business

unit team members to execute the plans that meet the clients criteria;

• Coordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, product planning, market research and advertising agencies)

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

•     Bachelors Degree in relevant field
•     Understanding of market research
•     2 – 3 years working experience
•     Analytical and problem solving skills
•     Communication skills (written and oral)
•     Multifunctional skill base (financial, operations as well as marketing);
•     Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas
•     High level of initiative and assertiveness
•     Accuracy and attention to detail;  
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Excellent organizational skills.
