Management Trainees
Qualifications:-
- A minimum of 2nd upper Honors degree in business related degrees (marketing), Human resources, Engineering, Economics, Chemistry and an MBA or a Masters degree in related fields from both local and external recognized and reputable universities
- Internationally oriented persons.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, aggressive, and self confident
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously,
- Below 32 years of age
Customer Service Specialist
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, degree/diploma in the same field.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications i.e customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of customer rights and legal areas relating to the same.
- Problem solving skills.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
