Job purpose: To oversee the entire activities of the Sales and Marketing Division.
Provide leadership expertise in providing efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies so as to achieve the Company’s strategy, growth and profit objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
1.    Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
2.    Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the Chief Executive Officer.
3.    Based on marketing reports and sales performance, revise strategies accordingly on a weekly basis and submit to the Chief Executive Officer.
4.    Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
5.    Oversee product research and development according to market trends and customer demand.
6.    Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to inform on implications/ future sales strategies.
7.    Coordinate feasibility studies on proposed products.
8.     Any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Educational qualifications & Experience
Educated to degree level or relevant qualification in marketing or business administration (specialising in Sales/Marketing)
5 years senior level experience of sales and marketing within the mobile and e-commerce industry

Skills & Competencies
  • Must have sufficient knowledge in social media marketing
  • Database management is a must
  • Should be able to do strategic marketing planning
  • Must be computer literate and be able to display knowledge in Creative Graphics Design
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • The candidate should be between 30 and 40 years of age
